A huge well done to all the girls who took part in the cross country races in Fota today. You put absolutely everything into your performances and showed amazing teamwork from start to finish. It was lovely to see you supporting one another before and after your own races!
You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves for pushing through such a tough course. We had lots of fantastic results, with many girls finishing in the top 10 — an amazing achievement!
A big thank you to all the parents for coming along and cheering so enthusiastically, and a special thank you to Trevor Cummins and Great Island Athletics for organising and running such an enjoyable and well-run competition for our schools.
