The girls have trained with such dedication and enthusiasm, to perfect their techniques, these past few months.
They have shown great teamwork, especially during relay training where they gave each other feedback and shared tips with each other.
We were fortunate to have gorgeous weather for most of our training sessions and even managed to get a final relay practice in today!
